These Terms of Service govern your use of this website, operated by AsfaTech Robotics, a VEX Robotics Competition student robotics team of Asfa Eğitim Kurumları (“we”, “us”, “the team”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Purpose of the site
This site shares information about the team, our members and mentors, our competition season, and our sponsors and sponsorship packages. It is provided for informational purposes only.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site in any way that is unlawful, that could damage, disable or overload it, or that interferes with anyone else’s use of it. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems that host it.
3. Content and intellectual property
Text, photos, graphics and the sponsorship presentation on this site belong to AsfaTech Robotics or Asfa Eğitim Kurumları unless stated otherwise. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. Any other use requires our written permission.
Sponsor names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are shown with their permission. VEX, VEX Robotics and VEX V5 are trademarks of their respective owners; this site is not operated by or affiliated with them.
4. Photos of team members
Photos and names of students are published with the consent of the students and their parents or guardians. To request a change or removal, contact us at the address below and we will act on the request promptly.
5. Sponsorship information
Sponsorship packages and prices shown on the site and in the sponsorship presentation are informational and do not form a binding offer. Each sponsorship is agreed separately in writing between the sponsor and the team. Sponsors should consult their own financial advisor on the tax treatment of a sponsorship.
6. External links
The site may link to websites run by others, including sponsors and Asfa Eğitim Kurumları. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
7. Disclaimer
We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Competition results, schedules, team rosters and sponsorship details may change without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AsfaTech Robotics and Asfa Eğitim Kurumları are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy of Asfa Eğitim Kurumları, prepared under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Kullanım Koşulları
Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Asfa Eğitim Kurumları bünyesindeki öğrenci robotik takımı AsfaTech Robotics (VEX Robotics Yarışması takımı; “biz”, “takım”) tarafından işletilen bu web sitesinin kullanımını düzenler. Siteyi kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen siteyi kullanmayın.
1. Sitenin amacı
Bu site; takımımız, üyelerimiz ve mentorlarımız, yarışma sezonumuz, sponsorlarımız ve sponsorluk paketlerimiz hakkında bilgi paylaşır. Yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır.
2. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Siteyi hukuka aykırı biçimde, siteye zarar verecek, onu devre dışı bırakacak veya aşırı yükleyecek ya da başkalarının kullanımını engelleyecek şekilde kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz. Siteye veya sitenin barındırıldığı sistemlere yetkisiz erişim girişiminde bulunamazsınız.
3. İçerik ve fikri mülkiyet
Aksi belirtilmedikçe bu sitedeki metinler, fotoğraflar, grafikler ve sponsorluk sunumu AsfaTech Robotics’e veya Asfa Eğitim Kurumları’na aittir. Bunları kaynak göstererek kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla görüntüleyebilir ve paylaşabilirsiniz. Diğer her türlü kullanım için yazılı iznimiz gerekir.
Sponsor adları ve logoları ilgili sahiplerinin mülkiyetindedir ve onların izniyle gösterilmektedir. VEX, VEX Robotics ve VEX V5 ilgili sahiplerinin ticari markalarıdır; bu site onlar tarafından işletilmez ve onlarla bağlantılı değildir.
4. Takım üyelerinin fotoğrafları
Öğrencilerin fotoğrafları ve adları, öğrencilerin ve velilerinin onayıyla yayımlanır. Değişiklik veya kaldırma talebi için aşağıdaki adresten bize ulaşabilirsiniz; talebinizi en kısa sürede yerine getiririz.
5. Sponsorluk bilgileri
Sitede ve sponsorluk sunumunda yer alan sponsorluk paketleri ve fiyatları bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve bağlayıcı bir teklif niteliği taşımaz. Her sponsorluk, sponsor ile takım arasında ayrıca yazılı olarak kararlaştırılır. Sponsorlar, sponsorluğun vergisel durumu için kendi mali müşavirlerine danışmalıdır.
6. Dış bağlantılar
Site, sponsorlar ve Asfa Eğitim Kurumları dahil olmak üzere başkaları tarafından işletilen web sitelerine bağlantılar içerebilir. Bu sitelerin içeriğinden veya gizlilik uygulamalarından sorumlu değiliz.
7. Sorumluluk reddi
Siteyi doğru ve güncel tutmaya çalışırız; ancak site herhangi bir garanti verilmeksizin “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yarışma sonuçları, takvimler, takım kadrosu ve sponsorluk ayrıntıları önceden haber verilmeksizin değişebilir.
8. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde AsfaTech Robotics ve Asfa Eğitim Kurumları, sitenin kullanımından veya içeriğine güvenilmesinden doğan herhangi bir kayıp ya da zarardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
9. Gizlilik
Kişisel veriler, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında hazırlanan Asfa Eğitim Kurumları Gizlilik Politikası uyarınca işlenir.
10. Koşullardaki değişiklikler
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Sayfanın başındaki yürürlük tarihi, koşulların en son ne zaman değiştirildiğini gösterir. Bir değişiklikten sonra siteyi kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
11. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Bu koşullardan doğan uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
